The signature pizza at the Huntersville Mama's is the 11-by-17-inch Grandma's Pizza, a thin-crust pan pizza with San Marzano Pomodoro imported tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and oregano and basil.
Its menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, hand-tossed traditional pizzas, calzones, stromboli garlic knows, gourmet and pan pizzas, 19 toppings, hot and cold subs, and homemade entrees such as double-baked lasagna, baked cheese ravioli and eggplant parmigiana. Desserts include N.Y.-style cheesecake, cannoli, chocolate-covered cannoli and homemade tiramisu.
